We understand that shipping conditions and unexpected errors can occur, so we offer a flexible return and exchange policy. This applies in the following cases:
The product has been opened or damaged prior to delivery.
The product has been damaged during shipping.
The order has arrived incomplete or incorrect.
In these cases:
The shipping team will collect the product from the customer’s address.
The product will be replaced completely free of charge, with no additional charge.
If there is a missing or incorrect order, the customer will be contacted and offered the following options:
A partial refund of the paid amount, or the missing or correct product will be shipped free of charge.
